    Manix, I think it is not 100% correct, but it is near from that. Only have in mind that google counts other factors when putting a website in high position on a search.

    It’s worth bearing in mind that the effect of links is diluted by the number of links on the page e.g. a PR8 with 1 outbound link is worth more than a PR9 with thousands of outbound links.
